Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hebei Province publicly announced the acceptance status of the Jingye Huaxi Special Plate Project by Hebei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd (Huaxi Special Steel). According to the disclosure, Huaxi Special Steel plans to invest 5,474.057 million yuan to advance the Jingye Huaxi Special Plate Project.

According to information, the project involves the construction of a new 3800mm medium plate production line, along with the supporting construction of a billet continuous casting machine, as well as auxiliary facilities such as water treatment and power supply. After the project is implemented, the annual production of medium plates is expected to reach 2 million tons.
